We operate a 24/7/365 ‘state of the art’ CCTV monitoring facility compliant with British and European Standards. Our highly trained and licensed personnel work an 8 hour shift pattern to ensure maximum vigilance.

Every shift is covered by a ‘duty manager’ who oversees every activity to ‘double check’ that all relevant actions have been initiated, verified and recorded for electronic notification to our customers. The centre also monitors the welfare of our security personnel on client premises via real time web based CCTV footage.
